Website Planning, Design, Development, Client Communication and AI

Suspire Media does not use artificial intelligence tools to generate, draft, edit, or automate our core website design layouts/page mock-ups.

Design work:

  • All templates, page layouts, mock-ups we produce for clients and audiences are created by human professionals.
  • We do not use AI tools or AI-powered features within our graphic design software.
  • We do not use AI image generators to create deliverables unless you explicitly request and approve it in writing.
  • Website maps/schematics are manually created not AI generated.

AI, other usage:

  • AI tools will sometimes assist with administrative tasks (spell checking, grammar improvements) or code security (debugging/error checking).
  • Communication via email is always human.

Why we have this policy

We believe in the value of human skill, judgment, and craft. Our clients hire us for our perspective and expertise, not for a machine's approximation of it. We also believe that excessive, widespread use of AI harms the livelihoods of working creatives and knowledge workers.
