Williams Lynch Ltd is an independent multi-disciplined firm of estate agents and property consultants specialising in the SE1 area of London.

In early 2007 Williams Lynch completed a comprehensive company re branding exercise, they had commissioned a new logo and had decided on new corporate colours.
To complete their cool new look Williams Lynch hired Suspire Media to redevelop their website and overhaul their online property management system. Additionally, Williams Lynch asked us to design and build a bespoke Content Management System enabling staff to easily update the site. In terms of look and feel Williams Lynch wanted their new site to reflect their properties... gracefull, elegant and refined.
A touch of Flash™
To give the homepage some impact we decided to feature a series of Flash™ based image transitions, these rotated a number of beautiful photographs of loft apartments. This feature can be turned on or off by the user, turning off the effect releases more screen 'real-estate'.
On the property pages visitors can save multiple properties into something akin to a shopping basket, they can then return at a later date to review and compare. Visitors can also create auto generated property details in the PDF format.
